I think Juno was a good film. The lingo was a bit too much at times, but all in all, great performances by the whole cast. The only thing I had seen Ellen Page in was Hard Candy(pretty decent film) and Micheal Cera in Superbad so I really didn't know too much about them, but they did great. The music...

Hello all, just re-introducing myself to everyone who's on the board now. I found this forum some time in "06 and it was great to realize that I wasn't the only one who felt something powerful after viewing this film. There were so many great posts and so many members before me that I felt reassured...

It's funny, I recently bought an IPod and the first thing that went into it was the LIT soundtrack. Whenever I put it on in the car, my wife falls asleep--she finds the music relaxing.....for me when I hear it, I become awake and yes...I still get that "feeling" every single time I hear it. :)

I don't know if it's nice that they didn't end up together...that's what's so great about relationships..they're really unpredictible. I went to an Alkaline Trio show recently and they did a cover of an old Misfits song called "Some Kinda Hate" which was really fun to hear. So I've been in a classic punk sort of mood lately;listening to bands like: The Misfits, The Ramones, The Clash, D.R.I., Suicidal Tendencies, Minor Threat;etc.

Sadly, I fear for Scarlett, having to go on such a dreadful show. SNL is nowhere near as brilliant as it used to be during Bill Murray's heyday....or Chris Farley's heyday for that matter!
The writing on the show is horrible. Best of luck to Scarlett ! :D

Santa Claus: An Engineer's Perspective

I got this off of one my friend's myspace blog..don't know who wrote it. Santa Claus: An Engineer's Perspective There are approximately two billion children (persons under 18) in the world. However, since Santa does not visit children of Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, or Buddhist religions, this reduces the...
