The films are night and day, absolutely. I fell asleep during LOTR. But lots of people fell asleep during LIT. I didn't expect LIT to win, even though I really wanted it to.

It could be the final version or not. The thing is, this movie was done in a flexible manner. Certain restrictions and problems during production changed certain aspects of the movie. In the intro seen where Bob is arriving in Tokyo,after he rubs his eyes when he sees his billboard, there is a electronic sign that is in Japanese that the camera focus' on for a bit...just curious,probably not important, but does anyone know what it says :?: It's the name of a Japanese drugstore. ...

Just wanted to introduce myself. I've seen LIT about a million times. :) It's definitely my favorite movie of all time, and I'm glad to see there are like-minded people!
