Theory: Spike Jonze made "Her" in response to LIT and divorce from Sofia

I was searching (google) for something related to LiT and some search results came up on reddit. There are a bunch of LiT discussions on there including one which mentions this film and a separate post which links to this video comparing the two side by side: Lost in Translation // Her: An Unloved S...

Re: Play It Again Sam...er um...I mean Charlotte!!!

I watched it again after not for maybe a year or two. I didn't have time to watch it all at once so I watched it in 15 to 20 min snippets at night. Each day I looked forward to which part I was going to be seeing at night. The film is really a great journey in a short time and still a great journey ...

Re: Did Bill ever go on Letterman to promote LIT?

Thanks for posting this clip, I had not seen it! Too bad there is no clip of Bill on the night before. In order to find out if he went on in 2003 I think you could check and see if tv.com has listings of Letterman shows from that period in 2003 and what guests were on. If not you could try cross ref...

Documentary - The Great Happiness Space

I just watched this recently. I dvr'd it from cable but it's also on youtube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-eogVXEQBE The movie is about a darker side of life in Japan but is interesting culturally. The movie starts over a city skyline and it looks like Tokyo but it's not, it's Osaka. It is...

They also get into the differences and problems in Japanese society which foreigners may not like and have d...

I saw Iron Man 2 and Scarlett has never been HOTTER!!! Oh my lord the tight sexy outfits she wears in it! And her action sequence at the end it is a stunning sight to behold! New Windows 7 themes include India and Japan

I recently got Windows 7 and they have these new theme packs for things like the background and sounds.
I installed the ones from India and Japan. They are awesome but I especially like the Japanese one.
I think there is the ability to edit them so I could add other photos of Japan etc to it.

Avatar and Iron Man 2

Saw Avatar and surprise surprise Giovanni Ribisi plays the evil corporate puppet. Wow what a difference from LIT but he pulls it off!! Scarlett Johanssen plays an action hero in the new Iron Man 2. I saw the trailer and at first I was sceptical but after I saw it I was like WOW she can pull this off...

Cryogenic you pretty much say it all, I am not sure what else there is to say therefore! The shot is multi-layered with image, text, and sound and all of that comes together to capture a defining moment and mood. I definitely identify the FF logo with LIT. Whenver I see it now I think of LIT. Very i...
