I find myself watching it less these days, because I really do have to be in the exact mood for it, otherwise it doesn't have the same feeling to it. When I am in the right mood though, it brings back all the feelings from the first viewing... :D *sighs* ha!

I love the way Sometimes comes in on the taxi ride home from Karaoke. Such a perfect union of sound and vision. It's perfect. Also, the whole Kyoto sequence with Air's music Alone in Kyoto is again...perfect. I agree, on both notes. 8) - Oh and I have the soundtrack now, and am glad they included B...

I've noticed that most nights as I'm turning off the lights and heading for bed "City Girl" starts playing in my head. I think my mind is connecting the end of the day with the end of the movie. I tend to get that song playing in my head in the evening, generally. Other songs from the film come int...

I've watched it about 7 or 8 times in the month since I first saw in on TV (then bought the DVD a week or two later), and I haven't become sick of it thanfully. I was shattered the last time I watched it though, which didn't help, but I don't like to stop watching it once it's started, so I ca...

In a way, it's too bad for all of our fancy electronic gadgets (digital cameras and phone that can take vids) and youtube. Had we not be able to see that clip, our imaginations would have created a better performance for us. Yeah, undoubtably. May I ask though, how did Scarlett end up taking part i...

It would be nice to have a listen to her singing, thus I hope someone uploads a video of it onto youtube or something.

Unfortunately, I have yet to get the soundtrack, but I have heard the songs and can safely say "Girls", "Tommib", "On the subway", "Sometimes" and "Just like honey" are my favourites, the last one standing out particularly. :)

I just don't like Scarlett Johansen as an actress. I can better imagine Claire as going to college and being a writer than Scarlett. But I know that you men prefer to look at Scarlett... *shrug* I'm a guy, but I don't enjoy watching LiT just to look at Scarlett  . Granted, she is gorgeous, but...

Hi, I'm new :D I've recently found this site and I'm glad people are still talking about LIT after all this time :) I first saw the film not long after it was released and liked it a lot, then on my 2nd and 3rd viewing i loved it, now I've seen it around 30 times and I honestly never tire of it. I ...

I think that with movies of quality, I enjoy watching them the first time by myself. There are some things best savored alone and after the movie, I can dwell on the details in peace and without the input of others. If I really like the film, I will rewatch it again in the company of select friends...

I just wanted to add that LiT is like the Mona Lisa painting. There are so many ways to appreciate it and the artwork speaks differently to each viewer . Certainly does. Unfortunately for me, that means almost no one I know actually likes it, or appreciates it. On the other hand though, it's a pers...

My take on this has always been to think of this logically - Sofia clearly meant for the whisper to be private; but the scene had to be shot with Bill Murray actually saying SOMETHING; there were many takes according to what Scarlett said in an interview; she said Bill said many things - some funny...
