can someone justify the 4:20 clock shot?

..or at least explain it? because given the loaded association of the number, it seemed like an odd editorial choice to put into the film. i'm just wondering what others make of it.

I'm not sure if Bob_San is the one responsible for the design and layout of the main page as well as the other pages (sans the forum) being linked to from it but I would really like to see a few changes.
