I don't think it would be stretching things too much to assume that she knew who he was when she first spotted him.

You're doing the right thing. It may not work out in the end, but you're handling things the right way.

It's probably because they know you are honest and wouldn't screw things up. If they didn't trust you they would have raised pure bloody hell every step of the way.

They need to stop talking about it and put it out. I'm losing interest.

Send me some if you have any left over.

And well done, Ith. I know you will be glad when all this over. Most people would have started a war over something like this.

When I feel awful, I read "Pride and Prejudice" or watch the 1995 "Pride and Prejudice" miniseries featuring Jennifer Ehle and Colin Firth. I always end up feeling better.

Sorry to be contrary, but I love the movie the way it is. I don't believe extra length would make me love it more. I wouldn't mind seeing more deleted scenes and documentary, but the movie itself is untouchable, as far as I'm concerned.

I can recall watching a story on the news one night about Japanese companies allowing their executives to take off their coats and ties at work because companies are cutting back on air conditioning to conserve energy. The people in this story really looked uncomfortable. They were plainly sweating.

Subtle or not, if Scarlett/Charlotte walked right in front of my face wearing sheer pink panties, she wouldn't have taken another step without me being wrapped all over her.

I'm not sure I would buy another DVD. Having said that, I would like to see all of the documentary that was shot during the making of the movie, assuming that there is more to see than what is shown on the present DVD.

I guess my favorite subtlety in this movie is the scene in which Charlotte cuts the label out of Bob's camouflage t-shirt. The interaction between them when Bob looks at the "Soul Search" CD and comments on it is fantastic. Bob senses Charlotte's discomfort and turns his comment into a self-deprecat...

People who have trouble calling this a comedy miss the hilarity of this moment. Bob is talking to a Japanese waiter about a gay actor- whose work Bob doesn't respect- who has married beautiful women...and then Charlotte shows up. Bob keeps talking while the waiter goes over to Charlotte. It's great.

It's a Chemical Brothers song. It isn't on the soundtrack and I can never remember the title of it.

The background dialogue adds depth to what we're watching...like the sequence when Bob is waiting for Charlotte at the hospital and is "talking" to the old man and the two women in the background are desperately trying to not laugh...and, of course, all the noise going on while Bob and Charlotte hug...
