I would've loved to be alive in the sixties and seventies and seen them in concert. I was alive in the 70s  and I saw the Stones in '78 I think it was in Cleveland at the stadium. We were sitting so far away couldn't see much but it sounded good. I wasn't a huge Stones fan anyway but I just ...

I've just discovered a great Indian film called, "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge". I wouldn't compare it with LiT, but it is a wonderful film for us hopeless-romantic types. I've just started getting into Bollywood films, but this is the best one I've seen so far. I'll have to check that one out. I sa...

I don't doubt the iPod is great and I'm sure there are other mp3 players out there that suck. However the Neuros is great because it does allow for 3rd party open source development. On their web site is a forum where people discuss those things along with bugs and enhancements. What other companies...

iPod schmipod! :)

I know iPods are really popular but what about all the other mp3 players out there?! They do exist! They do!

I use this one:
http://www.neurosaudio.com/

Not as sleek or cool as the iPod but for the money it holds tons more songs
and has more functions.

It seems to me that this movie goes across all ages when it comes to liking and/or relating to it. When I saw it in the theature the first time I would say at least 60% of the crowd was over 40 or 50. In other screenings I saw people of varying ages. Often I would see younger women and older men as ...

Fear and Trembling (film)

I am putting this here rather than in related films section because it's more an insight into Japanese corporate culture than anything related to LIT. This started as part of a post in the main section but I saw the film and wanted to start a new discussion about it here. I found another review: htt...

It's too bad the few interesting pro-LiT people at IMDB don't come here.. it would almost be dangerous to post a link on IMDB... we don't want this place overflowing with anti-LiTers. Oh well hopefully fate will guide them here.. Actually I have posted this site numberous times on the IMDB b...

I just watched the trailer and it IS fascinating! In a way maybe that umbrella scene is an homage to LIT while the characters name of Amelie is an homage to the film of that same name! I think I want to see this movie! Edit: Oh my lord its playing in my town right now! (Boston) Im running right out ...

A few notes. 1) Of course Bob cheated on his wife with the singer. Do I think Bob cheated because of his friendship with Charlotte? No I don't think he did technically but it got in to quasi territory at the end. 2) Why did they spend a day apart?! Space! Space people! Even if two people are wild ab...

I have learned how to author dvds. I was thinking that since there is no commentary track, if somehow the movie could be streamed at one time and everyone had a mic and was mic'd in for a simulview, we could make our own commentary track and make a dvd out of it!
