Ive heard most movie critics are just completely jaded and cynical and hate everything they see. I would hate to be a movie critic! But then again, every...

Re: The Nod

Here's one to chew on: After the fire alarm, when Charlotte and Bob are in the elevator returning to their rooms, did anyone else catch "the nod" ? Not once, but *twice*. After what had happened between them that day, what the heck did he think he was doing ? I think it shows the 'professionalism' ...

There's no need to delete such threads. It's even harmful in some ways actually... Unless it's clearcut personal flamewar/insults, that's a different story. :)

Since we're on this scene, why did everyone clap while Ms Sausalito was just getting started with the song?!

I have my doubts as to the authenticity of the script. According to interviews, the kiss wasn't even scripted.

10.What is your attitude of the film? I love it, but a little bit unsatisfied about the camera work in KARAOKE, a scene which Bill was not in focus. Oh my goodness, are you refering to the sequence where Bob's saying 'I'm special... special' bit? I absolutely LOVE the way the frame was out of focus...

adl618, if you haven't done so already, it might be useful to take a listen/look at Bill's video interview (http://www.weareawake.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13) at the French LiT website. He explains the conflicts that Bob goes through and how he handles it.

The Australian version is for zones 2 and 4, PAL (not NTSC). It costs AU33. Why don't you take a look at Paypal and see if others are selling at a cheaper price... I don't really mind mailing it to you, through Paypal. :)

Sorry if this is lost in translation, Google's translator does that sometimes! ¡Apesadumbrado si esto se pierde en la traducción, el traductor de Google hace eso a veces! El DVD español está ya hacia fuera en Australia. Está para la región 2 y 4. ¡Pero no escuche por favor la banda de sonido español...

Yeah, when I first saw the lost in racism, it was so embarrassing because I think the website was initiated by people from the Asian community (I'm Asian, you see). These guys totally miss the point, it's not even funny! If I ever get to go to Japan again, I have to visit Kyoto! (and imagine how Aco...
