Scarlett Johannsen now a Calvin Klein model!

I'm looking at the Sept 10 Entertainment Weekly and after page 48 is a
black and white ad for Eternity Moment, a perfume or cologne I can't tell, and Scarlett is in it!!!!! She looks very nice.

Maybe someone can find a picture of it.

If you've never been to Tokyo before then trust me, the feelings of alienation and isolation will kick in all by themselves. And you will find yourself staring at other westerners at the bar or in the hotel. I wonder if this is some form of culture shock. I remember when I went to India, which is a...

Some DVD notes

I'm watching a copy of the DVD for the first time. Just wanted to note a few things. When I started watching it I noticed how crisp and full the picture was. I checked the bitrate and it's 448 which is considered "super bit". Most dvds are released in 192 bitrate (some are 384 which is very good) an...

I believe the red lights are there for the benefit of helicopters and airplanes to see the top of the tall buildings at night.

Ok I watched it. I didn't recognize the street they were chased down. It was a different city of course than the one in the film. Different in the way it was presented of course. I liked it, new and different things about it I had not seen before. The Guardian Angels bit was classic. Loved that! :)

The song is transcribed in the "Extras" section of this website.

Yea there must be a reason it was in there.
Maybe to show another side of Tokyo life. And that
the strip bars are different there. And kind of surreal!

The first time I saw it, I made the wise decision to go to the theater by myself...I knew it wasn't a movie for everyone. . . Yea. I saw it the first time with my wife and then the other 4 by myself. It's a good solitudinious contemplative film. Like "Choose Me". Yes it was and continues to be a ve...

Perhaps that is part of the LiT moment experience, going to the bar and the wondering if you'll see them again or not. . . I think you made some good points before about the LiT moment. There can be several types of LiT moments certainly. All depends on the circumstances and all that. This reminds m...

Wow that is cool!!!!! Did you ever see her again? Did you think about trying to talk to her more? Did you think about allowing yourself to make a complete fool of yourself (but in a good way!) to try and get her into a conversation even if she rebuffs you advances? I know that takes a bit of guts an...

Sorry I'm not exactly sure where to put this. Don't know if anyone watches this show but he will be in Tokyo and about the only relation to LiT may be the title of this episode and that it's in Tokyo!!!! http://www.comedycentral.com/tv_shows/insomniac/diary.jhtml?ep=440 I'm going to watch it! Re: Are You Successful Yet??

Hmmm ...a very open-ended question. From the narrow perspective, my supervisor may be referring to job skill needs and training I desire to continue to perform my job or to gain a promoton. I would imagine so! I read job advice columns in the newspaper and they talk about this one. Chances are over...

That is so true!!!! It happened to me back in 1991. I met someone I was friendly with at a convention. We didnt run into each other by the end so I didnt get her infomation to stay in touch. I went to the airport when I was going home and she was at the same gate area! So we were able to exchange in...

It's been great to rediscover the Loveless album 13 years after the fact, and finally "get it". Cool! It's interesting how something may not strike your fancy when you first hear it but then may take hold years alter. Myself, I was taken with MBV when I first heard "Soon" back in 91. Apparently the...
