Yes, Bob says "You're not hopeless..." Charlotte told Bob "John thinks I'm snotty" and Bob with a casual chuckle and a pause says "Your". Listen closely! :) or maybe I thought it said "you and I" but when i saw the subtitles saw that it was "you're not"... i get confused easily  im hopeless :D

There is no words to desribe that scene... It gave me that "feeling" in my stomach, that seldom happens especially with movies. It is difficult to tell what Charlotte was thinking... either she was admiring the scenery or she was in deep thought of the night that had transpired. I am going to try t...

Re: Bob and Lydia

hmm im sure it was "you and i are hopeless" ive had the subtitles on a few times and im certain it wasnt "youre not hopeless".... but then again, i could be wrong...:) Now that you mentioned it, (it's been several months since I saw the film, I do recall thinking it was You and I are hopeless, not ...

Listening to this song while driving around in the city at night was one of the most sublime moments in my life. i drove around San Francisco listening to "Girls" and "Just Like Honey"...sublime...the lights were amazing; it had just rained so the streets were wet and the ground reflected the light...

Re: Bob and Lydia

Another really long post - Which brings me back to Sofia’s style in this film. I love the dialogue more every time I think of something. Very real life – very “un-movie” like. At first, I was annoyed with Bob telling Charlotte “you’re not hopeless”. I thought: c’mon – I can think of a lot of things...

Re: While I'm here - a few LiT thoughts

Still surprised how many young people got LiT fever – like jml and sw25. Somewhere I read someone say that teenagers maybe can relate to the “who am I ; where am I going” feeling better than anyone. True. yup, i get that feeling all the time... but there's also something else about it, i think it j...

Golf scene

what was the importance/significance of the golf scene?

the background looks totally fake (probably because of an unfortunate shadow) and it really gets on my nerves

i would have much preferred it if they Charlotte/Robots scene had replaced it..

what do you think?

I've pretty much gotten over my binge-watching of LiT(I used to fall asleep to it every single night, usually shutting my eyes around the photo shoot scene). The only time I seem to put it on now (I think I've seen this posted on another topic) is when I'm having a bad day and I need something fami...

I think it was a gun with rubber pellets. A paintball gun would have left stains everywhere. Charlotte just says "they sting" so im guessting they are unlikely to be metal pellets from a BB gun or anything. :D oh and the line "they sting" would suggest that it is some sort of pellets, rather than th...

You could also try soulseek. you can probably get the whole sound track on KaZaA, i have seen Kaze Wo Atsumete on there and City Girl an...
