On one hand I think yes, on the other no... its weird.
Kelly and her DJ bf seem to both be on the same superficial level. S'pose thats pretty harsh considering the DJ gets about 2 lines in the movie. But then, you have to think... if Kelly's too busy wondering what other people think of her relationship, she'll never be happy.
To me, going out with either of them would be hell!

I just watched that scene again on the DVD and I don't think the goofy question is about the boyfriend. I think she is asking whether the story she just told sounded goofy
