I picked this up after seeing it referenced on the LIT Wikipedia entry

...or was it on this board? I don't remember now, it's been such a while since I last thought about the movie. Anyway I'm back on a bit of a LIT kick & thought I'd check out this board again. It's been a while

Anyway don't read this book if you'd rather not know what it is about the movie that makes you like it. Some people like the mystery. It's a pretty hardcore criticism, broken into four broad sections: indie vs 'mainstream' films, the people involved in the making of the movie especially Coppola & Bill Murray, the technical aspects of the filming, like cinematography, visual style, music & so on, and themes of the movie such as alienation & whatever. I hope I didn't give away too much. Anyway it's good to be back.
