Old "secret" website from V2 Records Japan

If you bought the Japan version of the soundtrack CD, it came with a little card insert that said...
"Secret Web Site just for you. http://www.v2records.co.jp/secret/lost_in_translation"

Unsurprisingly, the site is no longer online, but you can see what it looked like via the Internet Archive:
https://web.archive.org/web/2005*/http: ... ranslation

Using Google Translate, it seems that the site allowed people to apply for a calendar, poster and postcard set. Also a music video could be streamed, and there was a desktop background available to download.

Does anyone have any information about these things? I'd be particularly interested to know what that postcard set was like. Also curious what image the desktop background was.

:)

Thanks for posting about this!

It looks like the video was City Girl.
Don't know about the other things.

Just for completeness, here's a link to the Japan soundtrack CD on Discogs.com:
https://www.discogs.com/Various-Lost-In ... se/2948710
Notes
In jewel case with obi. Eighteen page booklet (sixteen pages plus one fold-in panel) includes credits in English and photographs. An additional eight page booklet includes liner notes and lyrics to track 8 in Japanese, and lyrics to tracks 7 and 15 in English and Japanese.

Track 16a is a bonus track for Japan only. Track 16b is a "secret track" appearing after approximately eight minutes of silence.
The secret track is Bob/BillM singing 'More Than This'.
