Scarlett Johansson's entrance.

I haven't seen it commented on anywhere before, but I'm sure most of you had noticed that the when Charlotte makes her appearance in the Bar before she speaks with Bob for the first time, he's in the middle of talking to the bartender. She makes her appearance precisely during the words, "...nice women, beautiful women..." I just thought it was a very appropriate "coincidence" that she should happen to appear exactly at that moment.

I love that small detail.

:P

People who have trouble calling this a comedy miss the hilarity of this moment. Bob is talking to a Japanese waiter about a gay actor- whose work Bob doesn't respect- who has married beautiful women...and then Charlotte shows up. Bob keeps talking while the waiter goes over to Charlotte. It's great.

That's a remarkable observation that he was talking about a gay actor.

It proves I've probably watched the movie far too many times.

Just curious if you also noticed the expression on Bob's face as the waiter walks off to get Charlotte's drink.. its kinda like a "I can't believe we recited the commercial to her" look...
"...Stay here, with me...."

The Search for Charlotte continues....

Yes, great expression. So full of thought. Bill's greatest role ever.

OK, but what is the conversion rate to US dollars from pounds, because I'm thinking 87.20 pounds is probably more than I want to spend on a bottle of whiskey I haven't tasted. :P

A friend of mine tried Suntory Whiskey and she told me that is wasn't that great. But I never tried it, so I need to try it and have an opinion of my own.
