Book on cinematographers

#1 Post by silentguest » Tue Jan 08, 2008 12:49 am

You might want to look for this title next time you're in a bookstore or library:

"New Cinematographers"
by: Alexander Ballinger

One of the chapters is devoted to Lance Acord. There's an 8-page LIT section that includes his first person account of the film shoot, plus several screen captures, and some rare photos taken by Sofia.

Wow thanks for the tip! It's kind of expensive online, well, more expensive than I'd like to pay for 8 pages. I'll see if the San Francisco public library has it.
