My first authentic Japanese meal

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a dinner at a nice Japanese restaurant for the first time.

It was a cook-your-own-food place (like the Worst Lunch Ever), and I had Shabu-Shabu, which is the thinly sliced meat you see Bob and Charlotte ordering, and a whole slew of delicious vegetables.

I have to say it was an interesting experience. Aside from embarassing myself with my chopstick deficiencies, I had quite the time.
