The Scents of Japan / Tokyo

#1 Post by Bob_san » Mon Apr 14, 2008 2:00 pm

Hi all,

I was traveling to Montreal on Air Canada and their in flight magazine had this interesting story about scents and Japanese culture.

What's cool is they make a reference to LIT in the itinerary section:

A visit to the Lost in Translation hotel, the Park Hyatt Tokyo, near cinematic Shinjuku, is mandatory. The New York Bar, on the 57th-floor, is as elegant in person as it is on film.

Later I'll check my hardcopy to see if it matches the online and scan and post anything that might be different.

Very interesting article, thanks for that.

There is also a Lost in Translation reference in page 4 of that article, very funny.
