That scene was painfully funny!! The woman is a "call girl" hired by the Suntory company to service Bob Harris. She was paid to give him a "premium fantasy" night of "rough or rowdy sex" which the Japanese hosts thought American men desired or perhaps, what they perceived Bob Harris wanted (perhaps confusing him with the live-action movie characters he had played).

That explains a lot.

First couple of times when I watched the movie, I thought she was a Bill maniac fan who found him and has a fantasy of being sort of sexually raped and she acted out on him.

After few times I watched, I heard Bill saying he's got a shitsu message and it hurt him so bad, then I was thinking this lip-my-stocking woman was a massuer.

A call-girl by santori company makes perfect sense afterall, that would be the most logic but I had my mind wondered somewhere else..
