#1 Post by Tombo » Sun Jan 07, 2007 2:45 pm

Hi Guys-

Just had a peek at IMDB's Top 250 Films...and no LIT!

I couldn't believe it...this is my favourite ever movie! Maybe one of you guys could check it out and tell me I was wrong...250 is a LONG list and perhaps I missed it.

If I'm right...well,it's just plain wrong!

Favorite movies are a very personal thing, so I don't pay much attention to the imdb.com list. There are plenty of people who don't like "LiT" and this would tend to dilute its popularity as reflected by the list.

It used to be. Looks to have peaked around 130 or so. It seems to have only fallen off fairly recently. You can view the past lists here:

Yeah, LIT is personal.

You wouldn't want your favorite and most personal song be the same for 10 million other people would you?

Funnily enough, I was looking on imdb yesterday to see whether LiT was in the top 250 list. I was slightly dissapointed that it wasn't, but I'm not anymore because I agree with you lot now, that it's a personal film, so.. :)
