Re: Play It Again Sam...er um...I mean Charlotte!!!
Hello, folks! Long time no see. So, I’ve just watched it again. Still fresh and amazing, like the first time I saw it. Hope you’re all doing well. EDIT: Blimey, I have been a member of this forum for almost 20 years now (I joined in 2004). Crazy. Thanks, Bob, for keeping it up for such a long time! ...

The dish
Does anyone know what is the dish Charlotte sends over to Bob in the Park Hyatt's New York bar?
In the book 'Lost in Translation', Geoff King says it's a 'dish of olives', but it doesn't look like it to me.
Any clues?

Re: Play It Again Sam...er um...I mean Charlotte!!!
Hello, folks. Oldtimer here. How's it going?
So I watched LiT again yesterday after many, many years. I stumbled upon it on Netflix and thought to myself, why not? Let's go. It was a great experience all over again, like it was 2003/2004. What an amazing film.

I don't know if this was posted already. If it was, apologies. Monseuil Tokyo
Hey! Each owl had a tag with the following address and telephone: Monseuil Japan 1F-B 5-7-14, Kitashinagawa Shinagawaku, Tokyo, Japan Tel. 03 5423-7311 Hopefully it'll help you find the owls in Japan. I've got a receipt as well, but it's entirely in Japanese, so I'm not able to type what's written t...

More owls!
Apparently, due to a misunderstanding, one more friend of a friend ended up buying another owl in Japan for us. This time a big one. Surprisingly, there was a really small owl inside the big one. So now we have the following family of LiT owls: http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/1695/owlsd.jpg The b...

Directly from Japan
A friend of my wife went to Japan last week, so I asked her to buy something really special for me. Yep, you know what I mean, don't you? Here it is, in my living room, exactly one week later: http://img209.imageshack.us/img209/5421/dsc0021d.jpg It's the small one - and it's really nice and cute. Pr...

Lots of things happened since 2004. I got married, my daughter is now 1 year and two months. I guess my life has been upgraded, I'm now a family man! :) Today I've watched LIT again after probably 4 years and it's still an awesome movie. One of my favourite scenes is the one in the elevator, when th...

Back from the past
Hey you all!
I'm a member of this forum since the first day (and I was a member of the old areyouawake.org forum), but I confess that I didn't check it for a long, long time. So, it's a pleasure to see that weareawake.org is still up and running.
Good work, Bob San!
