I am quietly excited by this. There are some echos.

Absent father and faded playboy (Felix) re-enters daughters life at her request. She (Laura) is in a stagnant situation with her husband and asks for Felix’s help to find out if he’s having an affair. Father and daughter rekindle their relationship whilst potentially resolving her issue. Melancholic drama-comedy. The film contains a lot of conversation between father and daughter, whilst they go on an adventure around New York City.

This is fantastic! And no, it's not a "sequel" or anything of the sort, for LIT as much as I know we all fantasize about and LIT sequel or something to do w/ LIT.....and of course, sequels have a tendency to do more harm than good.....BUT, it's 'ol Bill and Sophia Coppola, and that's something to look forward to! In light of all that's going on around us, this is definitely something fun to look forward to.

I actually only know Rashida Jones as Karen Fillipeli, in "The Office"
