My web host upgraded the version of software (PHP) which this forum runs on around Sept 8 (2018) and it stopped working as the 3.1 version was no longer supported. I had to upgrade the forum to version 3.2.x. This took about two weeks with my time constraints and running into various challenges with getting it upgraded properly. However now it should be fixed and working as it was before!
The added functions like the Shoutbox should be working.
